Dear Comrade,

NFPE and P3  are taking sincere efforts for mitigating the problems of all cadres including the Postmaster Cadre. You can see from the past several union Magazines and last JCM Meeting Minutes that our union has taken up the PM Cadre official’s problems. Their present state of mind , plight are fully known to me and hope we will get the desired result thro cadre restructuring and & 7th CPC
